Kordia 2018 – Acted for Kordia in regards to the Optus Satellite Small Cell rollout in remote locations across Australia
Seasons Aged Care, 2007 – 2012 – developed Lease loan and support service agreements as well as disclosure documents and resident applications for 6 villages in Qld and NSW; and attending to the management of leasing and exiting by residents across those villages
Drafting of put and call options and secured by subsequent conveyance in excess of 180 community title scheme lots in two locations in Queensland with a view to dismantling the scheme and creating a more economical retirement village.
Freedom Aged Care, 2012 -2017 – developed Lease loan and care service agreements as well as disclosure documents and resident applications for 15 villages in Qld, Tas, Vic and NSW; and attending to the management of leasing and exiting by residents across those villages.
Acted on the conveyance / acquisition of retirement villages (15) in NSW, Qld, Victoria and Tasmania and advising on the transitioning needs of residents and legal tenure at those villages.
Drafting of put and call options and secured by conveyance in excess of 250 strata scheme lots in 4 locations in Victoria and NSW with a view to dismantling the schemes and creating a more economical retirement village(s).
Acted on the due diligence and sale of those Freedom villages.
Seniors Living Joint Venture – LDK Healthcare and Cromwell Property Group – 300+ resident village development in Canberra. Developed Lease loan and care service agreements as well as disclosure documents and resident applications.
Seniors Living Joint Venture – LDK Healthcare and Cromwell Property Group – 220 dwellings at The Landings – village acquisition in Turramurra, NSW. Conversion of leasehold tenure of existing residents to reflect LDK Model, development of LDK licence loan and care service agreements, as well as disclosure documents and resident applications.
Arrow Energy (both Surat Gladstone and Arrow Bowen Pipelines)- developing easement tenure documentation, managing and delivering contractual outcomes
ERM Power – landowner access, tenure (agreements for easements) and compensation on a significant proposed pipeline project in New South Wales and addressing farm management issues and protecting interests by caveat
Enertrade (Government Owned Corporation) – 400km North Queensland Gas Pipeline and Central Queensland Gas Pipeline (for Enertrade initially and later for Central Queensland Pipeline Pty Ltd)
NewGen Power – freehold and leasehold tenure for the Braemar Linepack and Tipton-Braemar gas pipeline
ERM Power and Arrow (Southern Generation) – developing pipeline tenure documentation for Braemar 2 Pipeline and securing tenure rights on all relevant properties, including subdivision of properties involving the power stations, and connection to Powerlink substations
SEQWater – Provided tenure/resumption advice with regards to their pipeline assets, easements, land holdings and discharge agreements at various dams
Mixed-use marina and residential resort – advising in regards to conversion of the tenure to freehold, including the running of Land Court appeals and numerous submissions to DNR&M
Multiple high rise developments in Sydney and SE Qld for a variety of developers
Large number of commercial office tower acquisitions and disposals for a Property Funds Manager
